Nov 2019. Mua Cave is one of the most attractive destinations in Ninh Binh area. After climbing about 500 steps, you will see a very spectacular scenery, overlooking the rocky mountains, rivers, fields, bamboo boats. I had planned to go to Ninh Binh with my boyfriend 2 days 1 night.

The Mua Cave (or Hang Mua) is 5 km from Ninh Binh, right next to Tam Coc. Traveling around in this region is very simple, because you can easily rent a bike or a scooter at one of the dozens of rental shops and hotels in the city. It is about a 20 minute ride on a scooter from the city to the Mua Cave and just over half an hour by bike.

Hiking Mua Caves. It's not so much a "hike" as it is a long walk up a bunch of stairs (496 stairs, to be exact). About half-way up, the stairs will split into two directions.
